No information populated into dashboard for new client account

Hello,
A new account we have just brought on board called Scotty's Truck and Auto Service has been given access to the dashboard however when trying to assist the client with using the platform we've noticed there is no info, reviews, nothing has been populated into the dashboard to work with. Please look into this for us.
